Basalt stone

Basalt is an extrusive igneous stone formed from the rapid cooling of basaltic lava exposed at the surface of the Earth. It commonly features a very fine-grained or glassy matrix interspersed with visible mineral grains. A Plus possesses the quarries in The Central Highlands of Vietnam. With the features of basaltic soils (about 2 million hectares of fertile basalt, accounted for 60% of the whole country) at an altitude of 500 - 600m, the Central Highlands takes advantage of growing industrial crops as well as providing best quality basalt stone.

The quarried stone profiles are carefully selected to have the finest quality stone for each product.  

The physical structure of basalt stone in one of our quarries was tested by SGS with the result as below.
